HiT 200℃ High-Temperature Capacitor

Operating temperature range: -55 ℃ to +200 ℃; Surface mount sizes: from 0603 to 2220; COG/NPO and X7R dielectrics available; Rated voltage: 10V to 630V; Compliant with RoHS standards / lead-free; Nickel-tin terminations.

200℃ High-Temperature Capacitor

Internal electrode palladium silver; temperature range: -55 ℃ to +200 ℃; voltage 25 to 4000V, 0.5 pF to 18μF; surface mount, sizes available from 0805 to 7565; options include chip, radial, metal bracket styles; products are suitable for harsh environments including petroleum exploration and engine compartments of automotive/electronic equipment.

150℃ High-Temperature Capacitor

Dielectric material: X8R, inner electrode palladium silver; temperature operating range: -55 ℃ to +150 ℃; surface mount sizes: from 0805 to 2225; product is used in harsh environments such as oil exploration and automotive, aerospace engine compartment circuits.

High-temperature capacitor

Operating temperature: -55~+150 ℃/160 ℃/200 ℃/250 ℃; This series of high-temperature capacitors is suitable for various high-temperature applications, including: petroleum exploration, geothermal, military, under the car hood, and avionics equipment.
